Terms of Service
Last updated: 10 September 2026
1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website and to any order you place with Seorin. By placing an order you accept them. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds.
2. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if the item is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund you in full.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown at checkout, along with any applicable taxes and shipping. Payment is taken at the time of order through our payment providers. We do not store your card details.
4. Products
Seorin sells cosmetic haircare products for external use. Product images are illustrative; slight variations in colour or packaging can occur.
5. Not medical advice
Our products are cosmetics, not medicines. Nothing on this site is medical advice and no product is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, including hair loss. Individual results vary. If you have a scalp or skin condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are unsure whether a product suits you, speak to a doctor or pharmacist first. Patch-test before first use and stop using the product if irritation occurs.
6. Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our liability can be limited, it is limited to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, or refunding the price paid.
7. Acceptable use
Don't use this site unlawfully, don't attempt to breach its security, and don't copy our content or images for commercial use without our written permission.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published at the time you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Australian state or territory in which you live, and the courts of that place have jurisdiction.
