Where we ship

Seorin ships across Australia.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of being placed, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Orders placed over the weekend are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, delivery takes 6 to 8 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed — carrier delays, weather and remote-area routing can add a few days.

Tracking

You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your parcel is dispatched. If it hasn't arrived within 48 hours of ordering, check your spam folder before contacting us.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before you pay, based on your delivery address.

Taxes and duties

Any applicable taxes and duties are calculated and shown at checkout.

Wrong address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery; a second shipping charge may apply.

Lost or delayed parcels

If tracking hasn't updated for 7 business days, email hello@seorincare.com with your order number and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
