Before you write

• Where is my order? Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours and delivered in 6 to 8 business days. Your tracking link is in your dispatch email — check your spam folder too.
• I want to return something. See Returns & Refunds. You have 60 days.
• Is it right for my hair type? Tell us a little about your scalp and hair and we'll give you an honest answer — including if the answer is no.

When you write

Include your order number if you have one. For anything damaged or incorrect, a photo helps us fix it in one exchange instead of three.
